Stalemate when there was a checkmate

I was playing against the highest level of the computer and it said it was a stalemate when it was obvious it was a checkmate and even chatgpt said it was a checkmate!

Was this the game?
This position is not checkmate because the white king is not being attacked. It’s stalemate because the white king is not in check, and white has no moves it can make.

ChatGPT blatantly cheats at least a dozen times in every game it plays (and when it's not cheating, it's blundering every other move), and yet you believe everything it says 💀
It's hilarious that you trust an AI that is known for being the worst at chess over one of the best chess engine, no offense.
The King was not in check and had nowhere to go, so it is stalemate.

Look at the name, “checkmate.” Doesn’t that tell you that there has to be a check involved?
