Stockfish decidciding what moves are what

When he played Na6 (move 7) it says it was a "good move." Losing your queen to a knight is a "good move?" Then earlier in the game he loses a pawn after c5 dxc5 (move 4) and it's a mistake? Can someone help me, I'm going insane.
