Short answer: don't worry about it. Taking the queen is clearly winning.
Long answer: Sure, the computer is right to say that 26.Ng6+ is a faster checkmate. But this is a difference in a Mate-in-9 versus a Mate-in-10. So, refer to the short answer: taking the queen is clearly winning so don't worry about the nitpickings of the omniscient, all-powerful engine.
