stuck at 600 elo

I looked at some of your recent games and the consistent problem is cleanly blundering a full piece in one move.

I see less of you moving a piece to a square where it can just be taken, but more of your opponent making 1-mover threats but you simply miss it.

I suggest asking yourself questions whenever you're about to make a move and after your opponent has made a move.

Is the square im placing my piece controlled by enemy pieces? If I move this piece, what was it guarding that it wont be able to guard anymore? When my opponent moved their piece, what does it see now? Where can it go now from it's new position?

Also I noticed a few games that are just randomly abandoned in the middle of it, even though neither side is losing. I dunno what may be the reason theyre abandoned but those games definitely help slow down your elo climb out of 600.
