Probably a winning end game which I lost

After many complications I managed to win the exchange and I thought that I probably won the game. Unfortunately the end game was not an easy win and finally I lost it. Any ideas for the endgame would be helpfull to me.

I feel that on move 2, f5 and continuing to push this pawn would make your life much easier in this endgame.

Thanks for your reply. I was afraid that after f5 white would play B-h6 and then  d5(pawn sacrifice) and Q-f6 with the threat Q-g7 or Q-f8 mat.
