Just 14.Nb5 (Instead of 14.Nxd6?!) and you will retain a clear advantage. His d6 pawn remains weak while your c4 pawn is securely defended... 
Other than that a few errors in calculation, but you made less mistakes than your opponent..that is all that is required to win!
