you will not be able to understand or you will not benefit enough. Just play slow games and analyse the games afterwards where you analyse the games. Other people analysing your games will only benefit you if you actually analyse the games first and then look at other peoples' thoughts on the games. 

There's no regular pattern to the tofu attack. What is it?
