Theoretical Draw?

hey guys, I was just swapping over one of my games which I won, but I think that my opponent had a theoretical draw! The position is:

Would white have gotten a draw?

Easy win for Black.  Black can sac for the rook and promote the h pawn.

no, but its white to move, and my question is IF white would have played 1. Rxh4, would it be a theoretical draw?

Draw if white's pawn is going down the board, loss if the pawn is going up.

EDIT: You really need to clarify the position as it makes no sense. Kd1 is obviously not possibly due to Qxd1 king death. Also if that square is indeed h4, then white's pawn is very far away from promotion and is an easy win for black.

Yes, this is a theoretical draw.

Sasha2, the key move for white is 5. Kh8! Black can't take the pawn since it results in stalemate.  At the same time the pawn threatens to queen, so black must continue to check, but there is no way to prevent a draw by repetition if white keeps moving to the corner.

Forgot it was the C/F pawn. That what happens when you stay up late and wake up early...

Not to mention you have the board set up with the pawn on c2...black just walks his king over in that case.

EDIT: though i guess its a loss if that square is indeed h4 and not a5.

In that case, yes it is a draw with 53. Rxa5. White then just gets his king onto h8/g7/g8 and easily draws as black never has a chance to advance his king.
