Totally crushed my opponent but smh got rated less than him in game review. How could that be ?

So I had this weird review from my last game.
I thought I did a great game and got surprised with my estimated game rating of only 1500 while my opponent got 1550. I did miss a mate in one while calculating a mate in 4 sequence, and he could have refuted it by sacrificing his knight but come on ! It still left me with a +8 advantage! And I had only one inaccuracy and no mistakes.
So how could that be ?

73.7% accuracy on my part, 54.2% for my opponent
