Did you guys not see that the name of the forum is "Trick Question"? If you look at the coordinates, the board isn't flipped, just the pieces are, so white's paws will be advancing towards their own king. This means that white can't move at all, so it's a stalemate.

Nothing is flipped. The position is illegal. As a fun stuff, yes it's a forced draw for each side, for White pawns can't advance toward 8th rank no matter who's to move. Anyhow, any such problem should tell who's to move, trick or no trick.
