Is there a way to analyze the game without the engine? Aspects of automatic analysis seem to be on by default.
You can disable all the analysis features on the Analysis tab.

Martin, thank you for the response!
I think the issue is after running the game review, some of the engine analysis can be turned off (evaluation bar and suggested lines), but the annotations stick. But if I close the game and reopen it from the archives, it opens without the annotations. Then, the rest of the engine analysis as you suggest.
Yeah, when you load a review, it's going to have the move classifications embedded. You can open a game from your archive, by not clicking the accuracy column, and then use that to open Analysis instead. As long as you don't click the Review tab, no classifications will show.
You can also turn off individual classifications in the Analysis settings, but unless you never want to see them, that might be overkill.
