I see no analysis, and since this is a current game, I will give no advice on which moves to take. However, I would recommend ACEChess's beginner's articles to get more familiar with chess.
Black is definitely better - even if all of you lose your pieces, Black has an advantage due to your doubled pawns, and his slightly more centralized king. I'd give this to you because it aint really advice - it's a description.
Note: next time, do not post games currently being played - its unethical, and unfair. At least that#s what I read roudn here, and it makes perfect sense.
