This is a recent game I had and although it is only 22 moves, it was one my most interesting and unusual ones because I had a very early pawn promotion. The other player ended up resigning just as I was beginning an attack.
Even though I won, what could have I done better? I've only recently broken the 1400 rating mark so I'm not a very strong player so there are probably a lot of blunders and such.

Better to post a game you lost and not understood why, rather than a game where your opponent played a shocker. You didn't even need to cover the b5 square, thats how bad whites defence was.

This is one your recent games where your drew, yet your position was much better.

Look from move 30 onwards, you didn't push the passed pawn for 8 moves, and and a rook on the e file doing naff all. Black had doubled rooks which is powerful, but useless as you had a single rook on the 1st row. You could take blacks h pawn, even if it opened a file, and then push that pawn on. Would have won you the game. Instead you traded a rook and pawn for a rook. Even after that, you were looking to defend your pawns on a and c rather than push on.
