After 1. d4 g5, why didn't you take the pawn? Did you not notice it, or did you prefer not to take?
After that, your opponent blundered 3 pieces in a row, and then some more. He seems to be extremely weak even for the 200 level.
One other thing: what was that 13. g4 move about? Don't move pawns in front of your own king, that is extremely dangerous.
