We need more amateurs to post their annotated games.

There are 2 games where I played the Hammerschlag (1.f3 2.Kf2). One of them is a 5' Blitz game on FICS and the other one is a 3 days/move game I played in here:

The tactical sequence starting with 30...Nxd4 was very good, winning a pawn for you and isolating White's e pawn. Then you could have used e4 as an outpost for the bishop, and if then White doesn't exchange pieces, you could go for a checkmate, otherwise you would win a pawn endgame. 34...d4 allowed White to use the a8-h1 diagonal, and if he hadn't hurried with 35.Qb7? but had played Bf3 first, he could have promoted his a pawn or could have defended it with Bb7.

Oh shit.  I just annotated two games that I had played very heavily, clicked submit, and now the post isn't there.  Sorry, had to vent about that.

On another note, I don't think he was playing all that aggresively in general, which you're supposed to do if playing against the semislav.

I don't think I even qualify as an amateur yet.  I'm just really getting into chess at 32 years old.  Here's a game I won the other day that I found interesting because I didn't get destroyed.  Feedback appreciated.

Since you were committed for some reason to the sacrifice at 7-

Probably immediately taking that second pawn of his might make almost make it acceptable - as being a pawn down is just a gambit if you actually have some idea how to capitalize off it.  Any line you followed subsequently should involve Qf3 so you can eye down that  f7 pawn which your bishop is already covering as well.

So. starting at 7 maybe something like this, I don't know:

Does that opening really goes like that? It seems strange to me that after 10 moves, only a bishop is developed, while the other one is totally blocked in.

I just whacked your game into a game editor and wrote some comments/variations where I noticed them.

Just noticed that 25...a3 and 26. Qxa2 were the moves that should have been given the ?? marking since not only do they lose the bishop, but the queen is in fact trapped after 27. Rxb7.

Not quite - 7. Ne5 Bxe5/e6 8. Qh5 Bxe5/e6.
