5. Bxf7 is better. If he takes with the queen, it's all over for him ( A queen is way more valueble than a bishop and a knight). He would also not be able to castle anymore.
And the draw comes way to fast. You had b4 to open up lines against his king.

dude I knew it was killer when I played it, but I gave him a break but thankfully he didnt see what i saw, this was live chess so I played my retake, and as soon as it happend i was like oh $&@# why did I not see that move, I wins automagically

Liked your game, Thomas_Vandeputte, in post #302. After 7...Bd6, white should have immediately played 8.Bg5. A possible continuation then would be:
