I'm assuming that you are black in this game?
I would recommend studying up on the Ruy Lopez if you like to play e5 and nc6. If you don't want to learn a ton of theory, maybe you could check out a simpler opening called the Petroff Defense (involves e5 and immediate nf6 for black).
When playing the opening, try to keep in mind that the most important concepts are Develop your Pieces and Fight for Control of the Center.
Lastly, after c4 why not respond w/ en passant 13. ...dxc3 ?

Hello everybody
i look forward to your analysis
