He made a mistake on his second move! He should have captured the pawn!
His fourth move was a mistake too. 5th move was a blunder. your 6th move was an inaccuracy. your 16th move a blunder. His 16th move was obviously a blunder. your 17th move was inaccurate. His 17th move was a blunder. his 18th move another blunder! And your 19th move was a blunder. But a cool game to review! Thanks!

Nc6 by itself it’s not a mistake is just a transposition to the kennedy nimzowitsch
the first bad move in the game was f6 because it is detrimental to the development of the g8 Knight. Black should’ve played ng6 which is the plan of the kennedy nimzowitsch
there were some blunders in the game but definitely better than average game for 450 elo

Honestly some nice tactics as white for this rating. I was very impressed.
Notable moves in my run through:
5. ... c6? just a mistake... see my next point.
6. Be3 X? (missed win) much better would be d6! which threatens the knight and suffocates black gaining initiative for white and there is not much black can do about that pawn right away.
10. h4? This is a mistake. I see your strategy, ie the rook is x-rayed, but black can just refute with g4 and gain a tempo
12. Nxg5! a nice little tactic which gains material and builds a threat. Edit: chess.com engine classifies this as !!
13.Bg5?? edit: i thought this was a very clever move originally but it is actually a blunder. Knight can retake after you take the rook. You played this too early before pinning the knight. BUT since your opponent didn't play correctly, this move leads to your SECOND brilliant move of the game and eventual checkmate of black.
GREAT GAME as white especially for a 500. 2 brilliant moves and at least one great move. Your knowledge of tactical patterns is well above your rating imo.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately I don't always play this well, but this time I just saw the moves and played it out. Your review was very helpful for me to understand it in even greater depth. Thank you

I enjoyed it. You played a nice game with a clear course of development and advanced on the mistakes made by the other player. You looked better than your 450 rating.
White actually hung very few pieces (if any) for a 450 rated player, and I felt that he has already outperformed many players below a rating of 1000.
