Sometimes a move is said to be brilliant according to chess.com even when the move was a normal move and sometimes the move is said to be the best move when the move was genius and should have been brilliant. How does the chess.com analysis work when deciding if the move is brilliant or not.

Brilliant moves here are ones that sacrifice material or allow material to be captured as long as there are good or best
There are some limitations and rating can play into it as well
