What lies in the notes ?

Here is a short game I played this week-end in an OTB team league match.

My opponent faltered in the early middlegame, however, it seems there were some plausible, if complicated, paths to complete equality. I've tried to explore them in the notes (press the [Move list] button to see them)

Further insights are very much welcome Smile

great game. We can not read the notes you make besides the comments under the game. The notes in the notes screen are private.

Tony, thank you for your insight ! Yes it looks like it works - I hadn't even considered it during the game, as I was focused on my initial idea.

You made a mistake in the 15. 0-0-0 analysis

15... 0-0-0

16. Be3 d4

17. Rfd1 Qxb5

18. Nxb5 dxe3

19. Rac1+?? Bc5 (Nxa7+ was a marginal advantage for white; Kb8 Rxd8+ Rxd8 fxe3 looks hard to win. Kc7 Nb5+ Kc8 Rac1+ also looks hard to win)

20. Rxc5 Kb8 -+ (pawn up with a better position)

=> MBickley thank you for pointing my tactical mistake - maybe 19.Nxa7+ is a slight improvement, though it's not clear either. I'll have to rethink this one over Undecided
