What's white's best move to break the concrete wall black has created to protect the king? I came up with NxF7.

Ok, I entered the position into D. Fritz 12 for a hint, and it went with NxF7... so what I can see as the only possibilities.
If ...BxG3, then NxH6.
If ... K-H7/8, then discovered check wins the queen
If ... PxH6, then:
Bxf6
... K-F8, Bxh6+
if ...K-e7, then B-f5+
if ...K-e8, then Bxc8+
...QxE6 looks to be the best choice for black.
From here, I let Fritz play through both sides quickly a few times, with all cases resulting in white having a winning material advantage and black resigning some time after
The best move is not to play.
White does have a winning move !

It will not end up in a checkmate in the next few moves, but white will end up with 2 extra pawns and win the game !
Nxf7 Kxf7 Bxe6+ wins the rook or the Queen and then the knight.
Perhaps I'm being naive, but if I you had to make a move for the disruption of black's defense, why not Bh6? Take a pawn, sac the Bishop, take the other pawn and now the King has no guarding pawns. I wouldn't make an attack like that, but it's different than using the Knight and exposing the Rook on g3.

I think that White's best move is indeed NxF7. I may be missing something here but correct me if I'm wrong.
