Again, to those mature players that gave me advice without insulting me, thank you! I know what to work on now. To those that are immature and came here just to insult, why waste your time? Unless you literally had nothing better to do? Anyway, seriously thanks you guys.
Where did I go wrong? I should cancel my chess.com membership?

Wow ,he throws insults out to those who try and help ,the fool gets some hard talk about himself and all of a sudden we are all immature ,well i suppose we must be trying to help the closed mind who knows all.

All you can do is help. If that help is not wanted, and or pooped on, then you learn to let it go.

"...I practice tactics over 100 puzzles a day. 4. Slower time controls give my opponents more time to cheat....Your answer is tries to insult my intelligence...."
No one is insulting your intelligence. I wonder, though, if your attitude is limiting it - and I mean that solely as constructive criticism, not anything mean despite the poor manners and lack of maturity you display here: if you really want help, you need to stop lashing out at people and thinking they are out to get you rather than help you.
First of all, despite a very low chess rating, you think you know better than others that slow times improve your chess much faster than playing blitz. You would do well to listen to that advise, at least with 15 min. games.
Second, you claim you "practice" over 100 tactics problems a day. Yet your tactics rating is 965 and you barely get half of them right! THINK. If you were studying math for 100 minutes a day and getting 50%'s on your class quizzes and tests, wouldn't it occur to you that you're not studying efficiently since you are bright enough to pass the class?
HOW do you practice tactics problems? Do you spend at least 5 minutes on each problem if you can't solve it sooner? After you miss a problem, do you go back and work on it until you find a solution. After you solve a problem, do you identify, by name, the tactical motif (Pin, X-ray attack, Dovetail Mate, Deflection, etc.) used to solve the problem, then look at its pattern and ask yourself why you didn't see it sooner?
Here are two places to learn the tactics and their names. You should memorize them, over time, and be able to name and describe them:
https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-tactics--definitions-and-examples
https://chesstempo.com/tactical-motifs.html
Those things are what make tactics problems worthwhile and if you're not doing them, your "practice" is like that of a bad kids sports coach who doesn't know how to teach the skills needed to excel.

So be it ^ lmao
Laugh on small boy, what it means ,we do understand you are Limited,as in understanding and Maturity .
I feel you, dude. Two years of diligent study and I’m worse than I was when I knew nothing. I could give an hour dissertation on the game at an Ivy League college but as I’m understanding it now, that doesn’t mean you can play very well. Passive knowledge is what I’ve gained only. I’m dying on the vine here, ready to throw in the towel for good. It sucks sucking. I do all the suggested study habits listed. Nothing. Loss after loss. I get somewhere and lose 200 rating points again. Unbelievable. I have a high IQ. No matter. It’s like pitch, I think. You either hear it, or you can’t. FML..
I'm later middle age, in my 40s. Growing up, I could beat everyone at my High School, everyone who "knew how to play" in college. I regularly beat kids on chess teams. I played a draw against a guy who was on a US chess team... but this site seems to have almost zero casual players. Everyone who plays here plays constantly, has lessons. Weaker players just quit, and those of us who would be considered unbeatable at chess sitting at a board with literally any person within a 10 mile radius of our house are "weak players". I've played slower games where my opponent magically finds the optimal move over 90% of the time, and if I play fast games, somehow horrible ranked people manage a 2 minute game with no blunders or win on time. This site does an absolutely terrible job when it comes to recognizing streaks... I've gone on crazy winning streaks and losing streaks so long and frustrating I want to take a chess board and beat the person I'm playing in the face with it.
It's also telling that there are so many arrogant people responding in the forums, talking about "weak play". Like anyone who isn't an IM is a weak player.
It's impossible to find a person to sit down and work with you... I wish I'd have ever had a chance to be coached at the game when I was young and hungry, but my school didn't even have a team. Now it's just frustrating. I think the ratings on this site are really skewed... it seems like the only way to even play chess now is to devote 100% of your childhood to it and only if you would come on here and attain IM rating people will still talk crap about weak play. It's such irony to see so much tough and arrogant talk about a game that people used to get beat up for playing in school.

chess is not a game of winning, it is a game of learning. if you do not know how to learn, you cannot expect to win. and no teacher on earth can help a student who lacks the tools to grasp whats being taught. i have learned a lot from playing chess, and some of what ive learned is about me more than the game, and much of it is fairly depressing. but its also honest. and this is a worthy reward, so here i am. if that sort of reward does not carry implicit value with OP, OP should consider pursuing other hobbies.

mickynj I keep examining your eval and it really was nice of you to do that. To answer some of your questions though that were in that eval, I've only been playing chess for about 3 weeks now.

bxf7 was played because it means black can no longer castle, not because I was trying to take his queen mickeynj
Trading a bishop for a pawn, just to prevent castling, is not normally worth it. Especially if you dont have enough material developed to force some other concession or gain additional material.
Why would anyone want help this tool,he has closed his mind ,why ask for advice and then throw it back in their face ,he will be at same leavel for a decade,we have a name for these fools know it all and know nothing.
