white has the advantage in every moment..
Who has the advantage

You had three pawns in the centre of the board and Black has his knight on d7 is kind of limited on space. I'd say you had a space advantage and you could of definitely won the game if played well.

9.Qxc6 wins a bishop atleast.
I would have played d4 followed by Ne4 and possibly lined my rooks up on the g file afterwards.

Everybody who has replied so far seems to think that White has a clear advantage, but I'm not so sure about that.
The most influential area of the game after move 13 is obviously the center. So, how do white and black fare in the center is the question to be answered.
White has three center pawns that appear strong at first but my hypermodern side tells me that they are just easy targets for black's well placed pieces. An advance of 14 e5 is bad because the d- and f-pawns become backward, and the doubled f-pawns would be weak in the endgame. However, white does have an advantage in space, which could become useful somehow.
Black, on the other hand, has a relatively solid position which I think I would prefer. I like the move Rc8 followed up by c5 to attack white's weak d-pawn. Black's position may be somewhat cramped, but his king is safer than white's and his position has more offensive potential than white's. His center pawns may not be strong, but they are definitely not weak.
I would say that black has the advantage, but he must be very careful in exploiting it. I apologize for writing so much, but I couldn't really say all that I wanted to say in a shorter way.

Okay, so I came back to this position and put it through Rybka for analysis. It seems Black has a little advantage over White at the last point of the game, but let's see how the game might of continued, shall we?

First of all, thanks for all these answers. Here how the game ended. Please, correct me if i'm wrong trought my little analysis. After looking at the game for 2 good hours considering all moves that could've be done - i could have won if i would've take my time. But i did not have a lot of time left when the horrible blunder did happen(4-5min).

Now my question is - from that position, if i would've done the right move, Qc2, do you think i would've won the game ? In my opinion, considering the strenght of my oponnet, i think i could've win it. But that is what i want to know.
That's a game i've played on december 27th - i am white
i've lost that game - but from that position, i would like to know who has the advantage - it's white to play.
What should i have play.
