As black an obvious idea is to attack white pawns with the rook, starting Rc3, idea Rc2.

For me as black, I'd be looking to swap my rook for that bishop at some point, get the knight on defensive duties around e6, and get the black king down amongst those pawns with the pawn on a as support. White rook can't attack pieces, defend pawns and stop your king from marching around
I play the Schlieman, and frequently get this type of position as Black, up a little in material, but poor pawn structure. Which side would you guys prefer to play, and does anybody really have winning chances? Programs give Black about +.5 advantage, but it's not easy to play. Here it is Whites move, and no, the knight is not hanging, the pawn is pinned...... What's the best plan for both sides?
