Looks like Fabiano Caruana and Garry Kasparov play it.

A bunch of their QGA games are in the Explorer.

None of the current super gms use it as their main weapon afaik. Dreev and Shirov have the most games, and I believe Shirov was considered a super GM back in the day. https://www.365chess.com/opening.php?master=1&m=4&n=23&ms=d4.d5.c4&ns=7.8.23
