Why do I think this way...

Read the books, read the blogs, read the articles, go into a game with a list of questions to ask myself before I move . . . .

. . . . but once I start playing I positively hate the notion of slowing down "my ideas" and deferring more than a couple of minutes before I make my move. Calculate more than 2 moves ahead? BAH! I'm going to create a battery here and then . . . woops, hung a bishop creating my battery.

Sometimes you know your problems and just won't or don't discipline yourself to correct them. Sometimes you win anyway. Sometimes you lose.

These games ranged between 10 and 25 minutes during the day, no clocks but the Monroi totalled the time at the end so I'm aware of how long the games took.
