This was our first match in the beginning tournament. I see later through the game progression I was not behind in any way. In means of development, mistakes or blunders * from my point of view* and that I could get a lead in game play and endgame by the blunder of Black taking knight, and than checked to remove blacks rook.

My questions for the community is if it is possible " For black to have been playing very weak, or if I did in fact play a game 400 points higher than my current rating ? "

Well, I think black was better out of the opening.  You saced a pawn, but then with Ng5 you're not ahead in development or anything for the pawn.  After 12...0-0 white doesn't have anything to show for the pawn.

And of course 13...e4 completely overlooked your queen check.

In the late mid game he has the better pawns and pieces, so you didn't outplay him in that sense... but as joey said, mistakes is how we all win.  You noticed the errors he missed e.g. move 28, and converted it to a win.
