In my KOTL, I modkilled 2 people and I am letting 2 people join and continue off where the 2 other people left off. ( yeah it sounds a bit weird ).

True, but it's better to advertise on other KOTLs. Even MORE people will see.

But most people aren’t really cool with advertising, and I might get blocked or smth like that.

On other KOTLs it's allowed if you ask permission from the mod.
