I am not sure why Black resigned here. Black can play 14...Bf8 and hold.
Earlier, after 12.Bxh6? (better is 12.Rae1) Black played 12...Re8?. Best is 12...gxh6, and if 13.Qxh6, then 13...Qxd4+ 14.Kh1 Qxe5 wins for Black.
