A Kings Stroll

Like the positive vibe going on and the complete lack of reading .
Lack of reading what? The king hunt has many mistakes, and there isn't that much notable to comment on. But mostly, it is difficult to ignore hanging your queen on move nine.

What was the time control on your game? Might explain the hanging queen. I had a little king chase yesterday too though I was helped by my opponent blundering like mad :)

Please read the first post and the comment: The play quality might be low, but hey its blitz. Some people find enjoyment out of seeing/playing king hunts, you are clearly not one of them.

This seems kind of insulting. I read the post (multiple times), but look, there is a difference between showing a game with inaccuracies and one in which you hung a queen. And I do enjoy king hunts, but I also don't shy away from pointing out that they are flawed, since that obviously is relevant to the topic.
Do you actually have a point here or are you just trying to paint me as a whining purist?
Nothing quite gives me the same pleasure in chess as a good king hunt. Sure endgame tecnique and positional pressure is fine but nothing is quite like saying "checkmate".
Here is a blitz game I just played. The play quality might be low, but hey its blitz.
Some games from a famous king hunter I admire.
