Another 'Brilliant'!! move game

Hey guys, today I got another brilliant!! move after a while. Always good to see when your mind makes right decision with right strategy.  Doing regular tactics always helps in making your mind think and play correct moves.  

Although I have played few better games then this today but it's always a special if you play a brilliant move. 

The reason I must have got this brilliant move is that mostly one must have tried to go for the safety of the king but I saw forward on this that I can still save my King and I went on to take the rook. 

Here is the full game. Move 31 was the brilliant move. 

Qf2 is winning for black

Kh3 after Qf2+ and the attack fizzles.

But black draw the position by giving checks

This move is pretty logical. Not sure how it is brilliant.

That's why it's brilliant: if Stockfish analyzes this, at a lower depth it gives black a very high advantages when it is really a draw. At a higher depth, it sees the position is drawn

Bruh like stop assuming stuf with low level stockfish

You mind telling me what I'm assuming and also why Stockfish is low level?
