that's neat work if you can hop your knight from c3 to d6 after Be4. 18 Nf5 is a mistake.

I don't think Qd3 is book, considering it was booted by the knight. Qe2 is a Velmirivic Attack type setup. f3 is probably book. I'd say White is low 1800's (C.C)
