You could use computer analysis. This is available once a week for all free members. That will tell you doubtful moves, blunders etc., made by both white and black

At move #4 Bxb2 is questionable. You are exchanging a developed piece for an undeveloped piece. It is waste of tempo.

For beginners like me the saving a tempo is helpful to avoid cramped position.

And move #7 Bxe2 falls into same category

move #10 f5 is bad move. It loses the e6 pawn immediately. More so it surrenders the center to white. After this whether white takes e6 pawn or not, white has a good play in center, black has no play in center

The undeveloped a8 rook is attacked and black has no way to defend. Now see how the couple of moves wasted has the impact
