Rating is a number, a virtual thing that makes you get intimidated, and it prevents you from playing your best play.. When you face a higher rated player you usually go defensive but DON'T!

In two consecutive games I first got upperhand and dropped the queen by a simple mistake (i was clearly winning) and won the second one.. simply outplayed the opponent.

Qa1 and i dropped the queen. Just check the board. See the balance.. Mind the rating gap.

And see how it might be easy to outplay your opponent, despite their ratings. Not talking about masters of course nervous.png
