The 1900 game was Frank Marshall Amos Burn. Comments by Marshall on Chessgames.

Another Chernev book says the brilliancy was Mentges Gitzen 1913.null

@notmtwain Thanks for all that, quite excellent.

The book board tells us that 13. ... Bg7 was a lemon. It looks like an earlier ... h6 was called for.
Think 13. ... Re7 might have made a game of it.
