Budapest Gambit as Hikaru Instructed

Inspired by Hikaru teaching Forsen the budapest gambit, I received the same position he indicated up to move 11. My opponent made a blunder, which led me to a nice tactic to cut off the white king retreat. Position Below, Can you solve?

22. Bxf3 is not forced, White can sacrifice his queen on h7 and give check. Then Bd3+ and Ne4 to block Rook's e-file. I didnt check for more continuation but it may stop immidiate checkmate and give some counterplay options.
