Not a very refined approach by black...he spent too much time swapping material and moving his queen around and neglecting development. And he should never have fallen for that apparent bishop sacrifice, that was just silly! Well played by white, who despite the lower numeric rating is clearly the better player.
This was my final round game in the 2001 Utah Open Und1800 to clinch a part of 1st place. I secured some money and a book prize.
