I agree when i played a couple of them they did not seem to play at the rating they said they were.

It said Duo played like a 700💀

Play a language opening like the italian or spanish or english as white and it becomes difficult

I think its rating is around the 1700-2100 range maybe.

it is strong but possible to beat if you are strong enough. The language opening one is even more difficult
