So I played my first game in live chess today, I managed to get a very easy win out of the opening, shown as followed (I actually drew the game however, don't ask me how).

Time controls were 30 minutes per side with no incremental time gain.

What happened? Did you make some really stupid move that let your opponent back in the game?

I got to an endgame with queen 2 pawns and a king against two minor pieces two pawns and a king and I couldn't make any headway.

I was only ever three points ahead.
