twas a good game, but your opponent did make several mistakes, and you SHOULD have taken his knight for free, and i would not have traded my light squared bishop for his pathetic knight on a6. :)

9.Bxa6? Why? that knight wasn't doing anything there. A better combo was Bb5 c3 dxc3 threatening a8
Bxa6 not the best move, , but all in all not a terrible move. it does double the pawns on the a file and exposes the rook diagonal, but kingfischer is correct Bb5 is the better move
After 17... Qb7, white should definitely consider Rhe1+ Kd8 Qe4 winning on the spot, and b3 after Rb8 should really be considered since black really doesnt have an attack on the queenside and white can then use a4 for the queen which could later cause serious trouble, see after 17...Qb7 18. Rhe1+ Kd7 19.Qe4 with deadly threats of Qa4+, fxg7 and Qa4, as well as Nd4 when bishop takes the rook on d1, black finds himself giving the queen to avoid mate, with Qf5+ Kd8 Nc6+ Qxc6 dxc6 and mate now threatened on d7 just wins for white if I got the position in my head right.
Good game though, just keep up the effort and the results will come quick enough.

Afraid of Qxb2? Shouldn't be. Everything is held down there. After 0-0, you're welcoming Qxb2? Rfb1! to trap the queen.
This is the first game I've won where at no point did I feel like I'd got away with a mistake or benefited from a particularly silly blunder on my opponent's part. He gave away a knight at one point and his last move hastened the end, but I still don't think I gave him a sniff. Feel free to point out the error of my ways (but I'll warn you, I may weep).
