Maybe missing the obvious crap is because I always seem to run into this player around 2 am when I'm being stupid and staying up way too late.

What was the time control?
The 50 move rule only counts when 50 consecutive moves are played with no capture and no pawn move, not simply because you reach the 50th move.
Unless chess.com have their own rule that I am not aware of.

Fair point. I was wrong. I just saw 62 moves total and commented. I should have looked properly.

In the first game, instead of rxc2, which still wins the game, I normally would play rad8 and allow no counterplay whatsoever
Like we discussed CC, you and I have issues of blundering, by not closely paying attention to our opponents threats.

I think your Rating should be higher.
Yes, I always get into a position and ignore my opponent's threats for a turn or two. Sometimes it's due to the position being complicated, but mostly due to being comfortable.
I need to start playing more rated games. If not, I'll be stuck playing people around 1230 and my progress with stagnate. The problem is that I either just forget to click rated or I'm worried about playing someone brand new and losing 30 points over a missed move. I also like to feel free to experiment in the unrated. My next few games will be rated.
These games were frustrating! They're all against the same opponent. I've played this person several times and always get a material advantage and superior position, but then I miss the easy to stop checkmate due to rushing.
Game #1: This is a perfect example of what I mean... I actually slapped myself in shock.
Game #2: I was stupid in the early game and dropped a knight. I usually get pretty far ahead material wise that I decided to keep going. I eventually won the piece back and this is the ending. They didn't seem to think this was a draw.
Game 3: This was frustrating because I thought "There's no way they're going to play 13. Kd1," so I didn't even wait to see their move.
Silly, really.
Lessons:
1. Don't rush when winning!
2. Accept draws in drawn positions.
3. Pay attention to move count to take advantage of the 50 move draw earlier.
4. Wait to see what your opponent plays before moving.
