Losing a won game is the worst feeling. You just have to learn from your mistakes and move on.

just about everygame for me even though some of them i still win. but there is never a game where i don't see a move that would give me a completely winning position either during the game or during post mortem analysis

I once drew a game where I was a Knight up and the win was fairly simple. 

I spent the next several months studying endgames to make sure I'd botch an endgame where I was a piece up without compensation again. I still botch endgames occasionally, but usually only in fast time controls.

Well, I was at the same tournament you played. Yeah, I threw a win against a 1900 player. We all made that mistake so dont worry about it.
