There's a strong (and rather young) Malaysian FM named Nicholas Chan rated 2403 ... is this an impostor, did he just finish getting his GM norms, (or did he just award himself a GM title?), or is there some other explanation.  I can't find any current Fide GMs named Harris. There's no "national" GM title is there, (you can't be a USCF GM, right?)

At any rate -- that's not a terrible game, but it isn't particularly impressive.
