Some casual observations:

11. Bb2. This does not seem a very good move. The bishop is not likely to get much action on the long diagonal with pawns on c3 and d4. Better would be Ba3.

13. Ng5 is just a horrible blunder by white that loses a piece.

16. Bxe6 is just horrible. After 16. Bc1 white still has a tiny chance. But failing to defend e2 just loses the queen.

Not much to say really. White's play is generally not very good and includes 2 or 3 blunders. Black's play is reasonably coherent and accuracte.

Typical 1400 player game.  To many blunders, but the important thing is you won.  Play the game over and learn from the mistakes.
