There is a YouTube clip of a guy showing off a "brilliant move" where a bishop takes a pawn threatening his bishop. There were no pins or forks involved. I do take the suggestions lightly.

I would say that most brilliant moves that are considered "brilliant" by the engine are strange. For example, here is a game that I played with the streamer Levy Rozman, and though I lost, the engine marks the move 31. rxd7, the most obvious move in the position recapturing the rook, as a brilliant move.

Bxe6!! This is probably my best one. Very nice bishop sacrifice, (it was a pawn capture by the way).

the difficulty with brilliant moves is that it has a set of requirements to be a brilliant move. It has to be the only move that wins/ draws; the reason why it wins must be a certain depth of analysis. the problem that this creates is that this has no correlation with how hard the move is to spot. an example that ive seen is an endgame where the enemy blunders his queen by putting it somewhere where it can be captured by your queen, while being 3-4 pawns up. taking the queen is the only move that wins and there is a specific sequence of moves that you have to play in order to stop the pawns from promoting as you dont have time to spare. capturing the queen is considered a brilliant move in that example because it is the only move that wins, and it only wins after a certain depth of perfect play, however spotting a hanging queen is not difficult.

I made two and my opponents made two

Wolf_Plays_Chess

Yes I have played a brilliant move before.

Yurinclez2

yes. i did against a bot

brilliant moves in chess.com aren't really special moves actually..usually happens when you are slightly in a worse position and then make a move that leads into a balanced game
