Nice work. I have looked at some games masters have played against computers and one of the strategies is to keep as many pawns on the board as possible. It bogs down calculation and leads to the computer making weaker moves. Having nearly all the pawns on the board still probably helped in this win. Despite knowing this strategy I've never won against a computer rated higher than 1500 or so. Although I'm not sure what my phone chess game is rated. I can beat it on 'intermediate.'

Thanks. I knew I had to play a war of attrition, at the very least, with the computer being rated so high. I am glad my strategy paid off.

I am proud of this win I played against the computer on Kasparov Chessmate. The computer is 2000 strength.
