The disconnection is at your end. Your computer thought the other guy was thinking after he actually played (thus it seems your opponent gains time). The time lost was however long it was your turn after your opponent actually moved.
loosing/earning time during "3 min game"

I've been playing with different players in "3 min game" and every time a sort of disconnection problem appears, and the opponent came out with more time than before the issue. As a result I lose all the time. Could you please explain it?
