Why not 30. ... Rc1 pinning the queen? This looks like an easy win. Am I missing something?

Why doesn't white take the knight fork at 14 or 15?

24. Qxc6 wins the rook outright, since 24... Qxc6?? loses to 25. Ne5+ forking the king and queen.
