More Positional: d4 or c4?

I know it's just one move, although I have been looking/reading and I hear that the English (c4) is more positional than Queen`s Pawn Opening (d4); at least the positions that arises from the opening tend to lead to more positional games. Anyway, I just wanted to see what people think...I am looking to play more positional games to help understand the game more & get better.

p.s. If you have games you want to show and maybe have some lines in the English, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Looking just at the statistics is misleading since english games transpose easily to 1.d4 2.c4 set-ups
