I know it's bad etiquette to name your opponent when posting the game in this forum, but I think it's richly deserved in this case. Rather than playing out a more or less equal game or resigning if it seemed hopeless, my opponent childishly decided to waste 4 minutes of my time by making me wait until he timed out.
